Scanfil Acquires 80% of ADCO Circuits in Northern U.S. Expansion

Scanfil will acquire 80% of ADCO Circuits, a Greater Detroit–based electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider serving industrial and aerospace/defense markets. The transaction is subject to U.S. regulatory approval expected in Q3 2025, and will expand Scanfil’s U.S. footprint—complementing its Atlanta plant capabilities.
