Scarlet Security & Risk Group (SSRG) has completed a majority acquisition of Ontario-based systems integrator OHM Security Ltd., bringing OHM's staff and management into SSRG while retaining OHM founders as minority shareholders and leaders. The transaction expands SSRG's systems-integration capabilities and establishes a presence in the Greater Toronto Area as part of SSRG's broader Canadian consolidation strategy.
