Schneider Acquires deBoer Transportation

Schneider has acquired Wisconsin-based regional carrier deBoer Transportation and will integrate its drivers and equipment to bolster Schneider’s Dedicated and Power Only operations. As part of the deal Schneider assumed ownership of roughly 160 tractors and 660 trailers; deBoer’s Blenker facility and a Dallas-area maintenance shop were excluded from the sale.

DB Schenker Acquires USA Truck

DB Schenker has completed its acquisition of USA Truck, acquiring all outstanding shares for $31.72 per share in cash. The deal values USA Truck at roughly $435 million (including assumed cash and debt); USA Truck will operate within DB Schenker's North America network and will no longer trade on NASDAQ.

TD Bank Group to Acquire Cowen Inc for $1.3 Billion

TD Bank Group (via TD Securities) announced a definitive agreement to acquire independent investment bank Cowen Inc in an all-cash $1.3 billion transaction. The deal is expected to close in the first calendar quarter of 2023 and will expand TD Securities’ U.S. investment banking and equity research capabilities (including forming/branding parts as “TD Cowen”).

Storage Solutions Acquires SNC Solutions

Financial terms were not disclosed; Storage Solutions said the deal will expand its capabilities and presence on the U.S. West Coast to better serve warehouses, distribution centers, and fulfillment operations.

NEC to Acquire CSG Systems International

CSG Systems International entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by NEC, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. CSG is canceling its upcoming Q3 2025 earnings call and will suspend future quarterly earnings calls pending the transaction.

Carlyle Acquires SNP Schneider‑Neureither & Partner SE

Global investment firm Carlyle completed its voluntary public cash takeover of SNP Schneider‑Neureither & Partner SE, taking the Heidelberg‑based software and consulting provider private. Carlyle will partner with SNP management to drive international expansion, optimize the Kyano product strategy and pursue inorganic growth opportunities, with equity provided by Carlyle Europe Partners V.
