Searchlight Capital Partners and BCI to Acquire Consolidated Communications for $3.1 Billion

Consolidated Communications Holdings is set to be acquired in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $3.1 billion by affiliates of Searchlight Capital Partners and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI). The deal is expected to close in late 2024 or early 2025, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
