Funds managed by Searchlight Capital Partners have agreed to make a strategic investment in a new holding company, Celestyal Holdings, supporting Celestyal Cruises' global growth, brand amplification and fleet renewal. The Louis Group remains a shareholder in the new holding company and Celestyal will continue to operate from its offices in Piraeus under the current management team.
