Sentinel Capital Partners acquired The Recreational Group and combined it with Controlled Products, a prior Sentinel portfolio company. The Recreational Group, headquartered in Dalton, Georgia with more than 400 employees, is a vertically integrated manufacturer, distributor and installer of synthetic turf and composite modular tile; terms were not disclosed.
