ServiceNow has signed an agreement to acquire AI-powered platform G2K, adding real-time IoT and physical‑space data capabilities to the Now Platform to improve retail and other industry workflows. G2K is headquartered in Munich, Germany, employs 200+ people, and the deal is expected to close in Q3 2023; financial terms were not disclosed.
