ServiceNow Acquires Moveworks in $2.85 Billion Deal

ServiceNow agreed to acquire AI startup Moveworks for $2.85 billion, combining ServiceNow’s agentic AI and workflow automation with Moveworks’ front-end AI assistant and enterprise search. The transaction was completed later, with ServiceNow saying it has closed the acquisition and will expand its AI platform for employee engagement and support.
