SES Acquires Leonardo DRS Global Enterprise Solutions (GES) for $450 Million

SES, through its wholly-owned subsidiary SES Government Solutions (SES GS), acquired Leonardo DRS’s Global Enterprise Solutions (GES) business for $450 million. The combined entity will serve US Government multi-orbit satellite communications needs by integrating multi-orbit managed SATCOM services and related cybersecurity, support, governance, and compliance capabilities.
