Sesami Cash Management Technologies (operating as an independent entity of GardaWorld) has acquired Tidel, a Carrollton, Texas-based provider of smart safes and cash recycling solutions, from Littlejohn & Co. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Sesami/GardaWorld’s cash-management technology and service capabilities as part of its newly formed cash ecosystem business.
