ShoreView Industries Acquires Crown Products, Inc. from WILsquare Capital

ShoreView Industries has acquired Crown Products, Inc., a specialty distributor of flooring and flooring installation products headquartered in Bloomington, Minnesota, from WILsquare Capital. Northstar Capital provided junior capital/co-investment to help finance the transaction; terms were not disclosed. The deal supports continued expansion of Crown's branch network, e-commerce capabilities, and product offering.
