Sihl Group Acquires Dietzgen Corporation

Sihl Group, a portfolio company of Equistone Partners Europe, has acquired Dietzgen Corporation, a Tampa-based converter and distributor of coated digital print media. The deal strengthens Sihl's North American footprint and logistics capabilities, enabling expansion of its high-end coated print media and flexible packaging offering in the US.
