Headquartered in Hendersonville, Tennessee, QLS provides supplier representation, inspection & containment, repair & rework, and quality engineering services to OEMs and suppliers across North America; management will remain in place and retain a significant ownership stake as Silver Oak provides capital to support growth and service expansion.
