ServicePower acquired PlusOne Solutions in a strategic deal that closed on June 6, 2025, integrating PlusOne's background screening and contractor compliance capabilities into ServicePower's AI-powered field service management platform. The combination will provide customers access to an expanded suite of compliance and workforce optimization tools and more than 79,000 vetted contractors across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other home-service trades. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal expands Vector's public safety product suite—adding Frontline’s industry-specific modules to strengthen operational, compliance, and workforce management capabilities for public safety agencies nationwide.

Bluewave Technology Group Acquires SinglePoint Solutions

Bluewave Technology Group has acquired Single Point Communications Group (SinglePoint), a Louisville-based IT consulting and advisory agency, expanding Bluewave's footprint in Kentucky and strengthening capabilities in cloud, DRaaS and data center solutions. The deal, executed as part of Bluewave's growth plan with investor Columbia Capital, brings additional scale (Bluewave now has ~140 employees) and keeps prior sponsor Soterra Capital engaged to help grow the Bluewave ecosystem.
