SkyView Innovations, a provider of spatial computing and immersive solutions, has acquired London-headquartered creative and sport-technology agency OMM. OMM will serve as SkyView’s platform for future integrations; OMM CEO Howard Campion will remain as CEO and join SkyView’s board as Chief Strategy Officer.
