Sleep Country Canada acquired substantially all of the assets of Sleep Number through a court-supervised Chapter 11 (Section 363) process. The deal was announced in June and completed on July 21, 2026, expanding Sleep Country Canada into the U.S. and making it the second-largest sleep retailer in the world.
