AddSecure Acquires Swiss Telematics Provider LOSTnFOUND

AddSecure, a Stockholm-based provider of secure IoT connectivity and majority-owned by funds managed by Castik Capital, has acquired Swiss telematics and fleet management provider LOSTnFOUND (fleet.tech). The deal expands AddSecure's footprint into Switzerland and Austria, strengthens its transport and logistics offering in the DACH region, and adds complementary telematics, tracking and sales/marketing capabilities to the group.

Loadsmart Acquires NavTrac

Loadsmart has acquired NavTrac, a computer-vision startup that provides AI/OCR-based yard, terminal and asset management solutions. The acquisition integrates NavTrac's camera-based inventory tracking and SmartGate compliance tools into Loadsmart's dock, yard and transportation platform to expand capabilities for warehouses, intermodal yards and asset-based carriers.

Freightos Acquires Shipsta

Freightos, the public global digital freight booking platform, has acquired Luxembourg-headquartered Shipsta to add multimodal tender and contract procurement capabilities to its spot pricing, quoting, and booking offering. The deal is being financed with cash (~€4.5m) and equity (approx. 640,000 Freightos shares) and is intended to expand Freightos' product capabilities, accelerate revenue growth, and increase total addressable market.

Solen Software Group Acquires Trackit LLC

Forterro Acquires Wise Software (OrderWise)

The deal expands Forterro's presence in the UK and strengthens its warehousing, distribution and ecommerce capabilities as an add-on to its Northern Europe portfolio under new owners Partners Group.

Carta Acquires Tactyc

Carta has acquired Tactyc, a Morrisville, North Carolina-based provider of portfolio forecasting and planning software for private funds. The acquisition integrates Tactyc's real-time forecasting, planning and portfolio management capabilities into Carta's fund administration platform to give fund CFOs and GPs data-driven insights for capital allocation and fund performance optimization.
