Transit Technologies has acquired TripShot, a Silicon Valley–founded fleet management software company, to integrate TripShot's mobility platform into its AI-powered transit solutions. The acquisition expands Transit Technologies' capabilities across fixed-route, demand-response, safety/compliance and non-emergency medical transportation services and will broaden its product offering for public and private transit customers.

GPS Trackit (Inverness Graham-backed) Acquires Zonar Systems from Continental

Trackforce Valiant Acquires TrackTik Software
