Sogelink-Geodesial Group has acquired Angers-based ILTR, the developer of the GEODP SaaS suite for public domain management. The ~40 ILTR employees will join the group's Public Domain Management teams as Sogelink-Geodesial expands its construction- and public-body-facing SaaS capabilities and product set.
