Sole Source Capital Acquires Peak Technologies (Peak-Ryzex) and Optical Phusion (OPI)

Sole Source Capital LLC acquired Peak Technologies (formerly Peak-Ryzex) from Keystone Capital and Optical Phusion Inc. from its founders, then merged the two AIDC and factory automation providers under Peak's leadership. The combined business aims to create a larger AIDC/automation platform, capture technological and operational synergies, and expand cross-selling opportunities across retail, grocery, healthcare and industrial end markets.
