SolomonEdwards has acquired Steele Consulting, a national tax advisory firm founded by Jay Steele, to expand its accounting and finance operations practice. The deal brings Steele’s tax expertise and its employees into SolomonEdwards’ platform (which is backed by Renovus Capital Partners) to broaden the firm’s tax support across state, local, federal and international jurisdictions.
