Pfingsten announced that its portfolio company, South-Tek Holdings, L.P., acquired Patriot Compressor Parts, LLC, a Granbury, Texas-based manufacturer and distributor of aftermarket natural gas compressor parts. The acquisition expands South-Tek’s compressed air and gas product and service offering, including technical expertise, geographic coverage, and addressable market.
