Soutron Global acquires Biblionix, completing US public library coverage

Soutron Global, backed by Bloom Equity Partners and Atlasview Equity Partners, acquired Biblionix, a provider of cloud-native library management software. The deal completes Soutron’s coverage of the U.S. public library market by adding Apollo (for smaller public libraries) and Artemis (for K-12 school libraries), bringing the combined platform to more than 7,000 U.S. public libraries.
