Sovos Acquires Booke Seminars

Sovos, a global tax and regulatory compliance software provider, has acquired Booke Seminars from Aon to expand its statutory reporting and educational offerings for U.S. insurers. The acquisition adds Booke's insurance-focused seminars/webinars and federal income tax (FIT) filing and compliance software to Sovos' suite; terms were not disclosed.
