Spectrum Equity Invests $300M Growth Round in Quavo, Inc.

Quavo, a Wilmington, Delaware-based provider of cloud-based fraud and dispute management software, secured a $300 million growth investment from growth equity firm Spectrum Equity. The capital will accelerate Quavo's AI-led product development and expand its go-to-market and client success teams; existing investor FINTOP Capital will sell its stake while founders and Pegasystems remain significant shareholders.
