Spectrum Vision Partners, together with OCLI Vision, has acquired Fishman Center for Total Eye Care, adding two Queens clinic locations (Rego Park and Jackson Heights) to the OCLI network. The transaction brings doctors Allen J. Fishman, Matthew Nobe, and Ghulam Dastgir into the OCLI team and expands OCLI/SVP's New York City footprint as an add-on to their growing ophthalmology platform.
