Splash Car Wash, backed by Palladin Consumer Retail Partners, acquired Buckmans Car Wash, a Greater Rochester chain of four express sites. Splash will integrate the four locations into its growing New York platform (bringing Splash to 11 NY locations and 29 across the Northeast) and plans equipment upgrades, layout improvements, and optimized unlimited monthly packages.
