Spring Health to Acquire Alma

Spring Health announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Alma, combining Spring Health’s employer and health plan mental health benefits platform with Alma’s membership platform for independent clinicians to accept insurance and operate in-network private practices. The deal is expected to close in Q2 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
