The deal creates a combined grants management and corporate social responsibility (CSR) suite aimed at larger reach, product capability expansion, and improved engagement for nonprofit, government and corporate customers.

HUB International Acquires the Assets of CSi Advisory Services, LLC

HUB International Limited acquired the assets of CSi Advisory Services, LLC, an Indianapolis-based retirement plan consulting and wealth management firm with $1.1 billion in assets under management. Kristi Baker, Kelli Davis and the CSi team will join Hub Midwest East; terms were not disclosed and CSi was represented by Wise Rhino Group.

Guidewire Acquires HazardHub

SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. completed the acquisition of Innovest Systems, a provider of web-based trust accounting, payments and unique asset servicing technology. The deal adds Innovest's InnoTrust product suite and more than 150 employees across New York, California and Texas, broadening SS&C's wealth management technology and managed-services capabilities.
