SSOE Group Acquires Integrated Engineering Services (IES)

SSOE Group has acquired Santa Clara–based Integrated Engineering Services (IES), effective October 13, 2023. The acquisition adds IES's expertise in cleanroom design, lab and industrial ventilation, specialty/toxic gas distribution and process chemical systems, while preserving IES's team and expanding SSOE's presence in Santa Clara, Atlanta and Austin.
