St. Croix Hospice Acquires CNS Hospice

St. Croix Hospice has acquired CNS Hospice of Troy, Michigan, marking St. Croix's first branch in Michigan and expanding its hospice footprint to eight states. CNS Hospice clinical staff will join St. Croix Hospice to serve patients at home, in senior living facilities and in nursing homes; St. Croix is PE-backed (H.I.G. Capital).
