Symphony Technology Group (STG) has completed the acquisition of Kantar's Reputation Intelligence business and purchased PRgloo and Onclusive, merging the three businesses into a new standalone company that will operate under the name Onclusive. The combined company will provide expanded media monitoring, measurement and PR workflow solutions across Europe and the United States, serving more than 9,000 clients with over 1,100 employees globally.

UPSTACK Acquires Universal Telecommunications and Universal Solutions Providers

UPSTACK acquired Universal Telecommunications Inc. and sister company Universal Solutions Providers LLC (together, "Universal, the Communications Company") to expand its internet infrastructure advisory and managed services capabilities. Universal's owner Mervyn Gervis will join UPSTACK as a Partner, and Universal's leadership will take senior roles within the combined organization; financial terms were not disclosed.

Stagwell Acquires LEADERS and InfluencerMarketing.AI

Stagwell has acquired Tel Aviv-based influencer marketing agency LEADERS and its AI-powered SaaS platform InfluencerMarketing.AI (IMAI), integrating them into the Stagwell Marketing Cloud’s PRophet Comms Tech Suite. The deal expands Stagwell’s influencer, social commerce and AI capabilities and establishes a presence in Israel and the broader Middle East; approximately 50 employees from LEADERS and IMAI join Stagwell.
