Steelite International Acquires Utopia Tableware Ltd

Steelite International has acquired Utopia Tableware Ltd, a Chesterfield-based supplier of tableware, glassware and foodservice equipment, from founder Mark Rammell and his family. The deal—an add-on to Steelite (majority owned by Arbor Investments)—adds Utopia’s product lines, centralised distribution centre and decorating facility to accelerate Steelite’s growth in the UK and continental Europe.
