H&T Presspart Acquires Majority Stake in Plas-Tech Engineering

H&T Presspart, a division of the Heitkamp Thumann Group, acquired a majority stake in Plas-Tech Engineering. The transaction closed in November 2025 and expands H&T Presspart’s manufacturing footprint into the United States by adding Plas-Tech’s medical device manufacturing site in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

Plasma Processes Acquires Metaltech Machine & Tool

Plasma Processes, a Huntsville-based provider of ultra-high temperature materials, coatings and propulsion systems, has acquired Metaltech Machine & Tool, a Scottsboro, Alabama wire EDM-focused machine shop that has supported customers for 27 years and supplied Plasma for over 15 years. The purchase vertically integrates key machining and metal-finishing capabilities into the Plasma Processes platform, which is backed by private equity firm Blue Sea Capital.

TransTech (Bridge Industries) Acquires Metalforms Ltd.

Bridge Industries LLC, through its TransTech portfolio company and a newly formed subsidiary Metalforms LLC, has acquired Metalforms Ltd., a Beaumont, Texas-based designer and fabricator of TEMA heat exchangers and ASME pressure vessels. The deal expands TransTech's fabrication capacity and Gulf Coast footprint, adding 140,000 ft² of facility space and 14 acres of on-site storage to the platform.

Unibloc Pump Acquires Standard Pump

Expromet Technologies Group Acquires Metaltech Precision Ltd

Metaltech, founded in 1973 and employing about 70 people, expands Expromet's machining and fabrication capabilities across markets including aerospace, defence, energy, rail and marine.

May River Capital Acquires Unibloc Pump

May River Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm, has acquired Unibloc Pump, a Kennesaw, Georgia-based manufacturer of sanitary positive displacement pumps, valves, strainers and related flow-control equipment. The deal positions Unibloc to accelerate growth initiatives and expand capacity while founder Harry Soderstrom remains with the company as Chief Growth Officer.
