Tenet Healthcare Reacquires Full Ownership of Conifer Health Solutions from CommonSpirit

Tenet Healthcare completed a strategic transaction with CommonSpirit Health to resume full ownership of its Conifer Health Solutions subsidiary. CommonSpirit will pay Tenet approximately $1.9 billion in installments over three years, and Conifer will make an approximately $540 million redemption payment to CommonSpirit, effective retroactively January 1, 2026; Conifer will continue to support CommonSpirit through the end of 2026 during an orderly transition.

Memorial Healthcare System Acquires Broward Guardian ACO

Memorial Healthcare System has acquired Broward Guardian, a Medicare Accountable Care Organization (ACO) composed primarily of community-based primary care physicians in South Florida. The acquisition brings Broward Guardian's network — 42 ACO participants, roughly 795 providers and suppliers, and about 9,000 attributed Medicare beneficiaries — under Memorial's operational infrastructure to expand value-based care, population health capabilities, and care coordination resources.

Summit BHC Acquires Seven Psychiatric Hospitals from Strategic Behavioral Health

Keralty Acquires Westchester General Hospital

The acquisition includes the 78,000 sq. ft. hospital, 248,000 sq. ft. of parking/undeveloped land and the hospital's ~570 staff, and is intended to expand Keralty's U.S. presence and broaden care capabilities including behavioral and complex chronic care.

ScionHealth Acquires Cornerstone Healthcare Group
