Steward Health Care to Acquire Five Tenet Hospitals in Miami-Dade and Southern Broward

Steward Health Care System, LLC signed a definitive agreement to acquire Tenet Healthcare Corporation’s five hospitals and related hospital operations in Miami-Dade and Southern Broward counties for about $1.1 billion. Tenet’s Conifer Health Solutions will continue providing revenue cycle management services post-completion, while Tenet’s USPI ambulatory facilities in these markets remain with Tenet.
