Steward Health Care System, LLC signed a definitive agreement to acquire Tenet Healthcare Corporation’s five hospitals and related hospital operations in Miami-Dade and Southern Broward counties for about $1.1 billion. Tenet’s Conifer Health Solutions will continue providing revenue cycle management services post-completion, while Tenet’s USPI ambulatory facilities in these markets remain with Tenet.

TPG Capital to Acquire Convey Health Solutions in ~$1.1B Deal

The deal includes $68 million in cash upfront plus up to $22 million in earnout, is effective November 30, 2022, and is expected to add approximately $10–12 million of revenue in the remaining four months of fiscal 2023 while expanding NextGen’s presence in specialty physician markets.
