Storal, a portfolio company of Graphite Capital, has acquired Children 1st Day Nurseries, adding regional nursery capacity to its group. The deal (supported by OakNorth financing) increases Storal's scale as it moves towards offering over 5,000 places across 53 nurseries in England.
