Studsvik Acquisition Of Kärnfull Next (KNXT) To Expand Into SMR Project Development

Studsvik AB announced it will acquire Kärnfull Next AB (KNXT) for an enterprise value of approximately €6.5 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis. The acquisition adds technology-agnostic small modular reactor (SMR) project development capabilities to Studsvik’s existing nuclear services platform and is expected to close in Q2 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
