Sun Life Financial Acquires Bell Partners to Expand BGO Multifamily Platform

Sun Life Financial has announced the acquisition of Bell Partners, a vertically integrated U.S. multifamily investment manager, for $350 million. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2026 and will expand Sun Life’s real estate investment arm BGO, with Bell Partners continuing to operate independently as the core U.S. multifamily platform.
