Sun Life Financial to Acquire Bell Partners for $350 Million to Expand BGO Multifamily Platform

Sun Life Financial Inc. announced it intends to fully acquire Bell Partners, a privately held U.S. multifamily investment and property management company, for a purchase price of $350 million. Bell Partners will become the core U.S. multifamily operating platform under Sun Life’s real estate investment arm BGO and is expected to continue operating independently under its current leadership and vertically integrated model.
