Setpoint Integrated Solutions Acquires Valsource International

Setpoint Integrated Solutions, a subsidiary of Pon Holdings B.V., has acquired Houston-based Valsource International, a specialist in control valve and pipeline repair and remanufacturing. The acquisition expands Setpoint’s Gulf Coast footprint and enhances its valve repair and service capabilities for petrochemical, refining and oil & gas customers. Financial terms were not disclosed.

FloWorks Acquires Slater Controls

FloWorks International LLC, a Houston-based specialty distributor and portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital, has acquired Slater Controls LLC, a distributor of valve automation, instrumentation, and relief valves with four locations across Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona. The deal is an add-on acquisition intended to expand FloWorks' product portfolio, geographic footprint, and cross-selling opportunities under Wynnchurch's ownership.

VSE Corporation Acquires Turbine Controls, LLC

VSE Corporation has completed the acquisition of Turbine Controls, LLC, a provider of aftermarket repair and overhaul (MRO) services for engine components and airframe accessories, for approximately $120 million (about $110 million cash and $10 million in stock). The acquisition strengthens VSE's Aviation segment by expanding repair capabilities, adding OEM relationships, and enhancing its position in the commercial engine MRO aftermarket.

Distribution Solutions Group Acquires Eastern Valve & Control Specialties Ltd.

Flowserve Corporation Acquires Velan Inc. for Approximately $245M

Flowserve Corporation agreed to acquire Velan Inc. in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $245 million (C$329 million), including assumption of outstanding debt. The acquisition adds Velan's engineered industrial valve products, aftermarket opportunities and technical expertise—particularly in nuclear, cryogenic and defense markets—to Flowserve's Flow Control Division and is expected to deliver cost synergies and be accretive to adjusted EPS in the first full year after close.
