Sur-Seal, a custom-engineered converting and sealing platform backed by Heartwood Partners, has acquired Kent Manufacturing LLC, a third-generation Michigan converter. The deal expands Sur-Seal's medical cleanroom capacity and ISO-13485 capabilities, enhancing its ability to serve healthcare, aerospace and automotive customers from an added Michigan manufacturing location.

Origin Seal Acquires Atlantic Joint

Origin Seal, backed by private equity firm Abenex, has acquired Atlantic Joint from Thierry Buissonneaud and Antoine Lefebvre. Atlantic Joint, founded in 1993 and headquartered in Nantes, specialises in custom cutting of joints, profiles and sleeves (generating over €3m in sales) — the deal expands Origin Seal's footprint in the Grand Ouest and adds custom-cutting capabilities to the platform.

Marco Rubber & Plastics Acquires American Seal & Packing

Sur-Seal Acquires Mueller

Sur-Seal, a Heartwood Partners–backed engineered sealing solutions company headquartered in Cincinnati, acquired Mueller, a North Carolina-based provider of custom die cutting, slitting, laminating and CNC cutting operating out of a 141,000 sq. ft. facility. The acquisition expands Sur-Seal's engineering, converting and manufacturing capabilities and adds end-market exposure in HVAC, aerospace, medical, renewable energy and electronics while preserving Mueller's employee-centric culture under the Stober family ownership transition.

Westbridge Capital Acquires Seam Seal International
