Marco Rubber & Plastics, a portfolio company of Align Capital Partners, has acquired American Seal & Packing (AS&P), a Santa Ana-based distributor of O-rings, seals, gaskets and vee packing. The add-on expands Marco's product depth and online distribution capabilities, providing access to AS&P's customer base across aerospace, utility, oil & gas, chemical and wastewater end-markets.
