Marco Sealing Solutions, a portfolio company of Align Capital Partners (ACP), acquired Rocket Seals, Inc., a Denver-based distributor of O-rings and sealing products for MRO and OEM customers across North America. The deal adds Rocket Seals’ ~70-year legacy and enhances Marco’s industrial sealing product capabilities and geographic reach, particularly in the Rocky Mountain region.
