Marco Rubber & Plastics Acquires Allied Metrics O-Rings & Seals

Marco Rubber & Plastics, a portfolio company of Align Capital Partners, has acquired Allied Metrics O-Rings & Seals, a family-owned distributor of specialty O-rings, seals and gaskets. The add-on expands Marco's product depth and customer base (Allied serves over 400 customers across the U.S.) while Allied's president and second-generation owner, Bill Westerman, will remain involved to support the transition.
