Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy, a national long-term care pharmacy focused on IDD and behavioral health, has acquired Greater Boston Long Term Care Pharmacy to establish a Massachusetts presence. The deal, supported by Sheridan Capital Partners and advised on the sell-side by M&A Healthcare Advisors, adds a regional location to Tarrytown's platform and aims to expand services to group homes and assisted living communities across the Commonwealth.
