Technical Diagnostic Services Acquires Potomac Testing, Inc.

Technical Diagnostic Services (TDS), backed by Calvert Street, has acquired Potomac Testing, Inc., a Crofton, Maryland-based provider of low- and medium-voltage electrical testing, maintenance and engineering services. The businesses will continue to operate under distinct brands and the deal is positioned as an add-on to expand TDS's service footprint and capabilities in the Mid-Atlantic.
