Technip Energies has completed its $556 million acquisition of Ecovyst’s Advanced Materials & Catalysts (AM&C) business. The deal adds a specialty catalysts and advanced materials platform (including Advanced Silicas and Zeolyst International) and brings 330 employees to Technip Energies, with AM&C continuing under existing leadership across facilities in the U.S. and Europe.
