Tecum Capital Management, through its Tecum Equity control strategy, has acquired J&D Home Improvement, Inc. d/b/a The Basement Doctor with strategic support from Centerfield Capital Partners, BPEA, and Crane Group. The investment establishes The Basement Doctor as Tecum's platform to expand regionally and nationally across residential waterproofing, foundation repair, and mold remediation services.
