Teledyne Technologies has completed its acquisition of the TransponderTech business from Saab AB, adding SOLAS-certified maritime communications and navigation technologies. The acquired business will join Teledyne FLIR’s Maritime group, expanding capabilities in AIS, VDES, and GNSS solutions for civil and military customers.
